Pricing and Appointments
- Prices of services are correct as at the time of publishing the website page; however, Epic Intellect reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Epic Intellect honours the price quoted at the time the booking was made.
- The single session/package booking is not transferable to another person.
- No service/package is redeemable for cash. No credit or change is given on unused portions of service.
- Voucher code/s MUST be presented and used at the time of booking a session (they cannot be applied AFTER you have booked). Book your appointment at https://www.epicintellect.com/booknow.
- There are no refunds or credits given for no-shows or late arrivals to appointments/bookings.
- The service/package purchased cannot be swapped over for a different service/package deal.
- You can reschedule an appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice via the website/email. Any request for a reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time will be denied, and the appointment fee forfeited.
Gift Vouchers
- Valid only for a one-session service (not multi-session package pricing).
- All bookings must be made before the expiry of a voucher (if one is used).
- Applies only to the select services as indicated on promotional material we publish from time to time and always limited to the expiry date found on each voucher.
- Cannot be applied to discounted services including concession or multi-session package deals.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- No credit or change is given on unused portions of a Voucher.
- Vouchers can be transferred to others for their use by asking us in writing to do a transfer. Just email your transfer request to: office@epicintellect.com
- All bookings must be made before the expiry date of the voucher.
- A Voucher can only be used once and must be presented at the time of booking (in person, or online).
- Vouchers are not replaceable if destroyed, lost, or stolen.
- Copied, altered or not genuine Vouchers will not be accepted or otherwise redeemed.
- Terms are void where prohibited by law. Terms and Conditions of the Voucher are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Disclaimer: We Are Not A Medical Service
- You acknowledge that the associate you will see at Epic Intellect may not be a qualified medical practitioner (ie. not a General Practitioner, Psychologist or Psychiatrist etc.). You agree and acknowledge that you will not ask for, nor receive, medical advice from any of our associates, nor interpret advice as being that of a qualified medical practitioner.
- There are no rebates that apply to our services under government or private health insurance schemes.
- You agree that our treatment plans are suitable for you and that these treatment plans do not conflict with any past or current medical/psychiatric advice or treatment that you received, or are receiving, from your doctor or other qualified medical practitioners. You are advised to always follow the treatment advice given to you by your doctor or other qualified medical practitioners.
Liability Waiver
- You acknowledge that you enter into any of our services voluntarily (by your own free will) to undertake any of our services. You understand that you take full responsibility for any injury or issues that may arise from our sessions/services.
- You will hold harmless any parties involved in the sessions that you have with Epic Intellect or it’s agents, associates or employees.
Methodologies
- Associates at Epic Intellect use a variety of methods/treatments to get the desired result for our clients. These methods are directed at helping clients to change their own behaviours. Before paying for, or using any service from Epic Intellect, you agree that these services are suitable for you (or the client) and are not in contradiction to any treatments being provided to you by a medical practitioner.
Testimonials & Warranty
- Our website features testimonials from a variety of clients who describe their own experiences. Testimonials should not be read as, or treated as, a guarantee of an outcome as individual circumstances and the results of treatment do vary.
- No guarantee or warranty is implied, or expressed, for satisfactory results from any of the methodologies, services or recommendations that we offer.
Mental Health Acknowledgement
- Our client registration forms require you to supply us with your mental health history and are a crucial part of our decision-making process as to whether or not we can accept you as a client. You agree that you have filled in accurately and have truthfully supplied this form prior to your first appointment.
- Where you have not supplied your mental health history either by omission, false reporting or withholding, your use of our services indicates that you are NOT currently taking any prescription or illicit drugs that affect your mental health and well-being. Further to this, you also agree that you are NOT seeing a medical professional who has forbidden any other form of treatments for you such as the ones we supply.
- No guarantee or warranty is implied, or expressed, for satisfactory results from any of the methodologies, services or recommendations that we offer. Individual results do vary.
Confidentiality & Privacy
- Epic Intellect’s associates may, at times, discuss a client’s situation with another Epic Intellect associate for the beneficiary purpose of resolving that client’s needs.
- Associates at Epic Intellect may use a client’s background story (with the omission of real names) in order to convey how a particular methodology works to other potential clients. At no time will a client’s real name (or personally identifying data) be divulged under such scenarios.
- You agree to allow Epic Intellects’ associates to access and use your name, age, gender, email and phone details for the purpose of advising of services that Epic Intellect has to offer or that Epic Intellect believes may be of interest to the client. You agree to allow Epic Intellect’s associates to use this contact information to make contact with you. Your contact details will not be given to parties outside of Epic Intellect for their use e.g. your contact information will not be given to telemarketers etc.
- Epic Intellect and its agents will hold all client information under strict confidentiality. We will, however, provide sensitive client information to external parties under the following circumstances:
- Where we are compelled by law to disclose such information, or
- If deemed necessary by Epic Intellect personnel (or it’s agents) to facilitate the urgent treatment of a client via emergency services personnel such as ambulance, police, treating doctors, or other medically qualified persons in the case of an emergency affecting the client.
