Step 3 - Yoga Namaskar

Yoga Namaskar also has many all-around benefits for the entire body.
Step 4 - Nadi Shuddhi (Alternate Breathing)
The Nadi Shuddhi practice cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing.
Step 5 - Nada Yoga (A-U-M Sound Seven Times Each)
Nada Yoga – the yoga of sound or reverberation – allows you to utter the sounds that create an inner atmosphere of joy, making it a natural way to be. By uttering this sound for a few minutes daily, people who are suffering fear, emotional imbalance, children with ADHD will find balance in their well-being.
